I met Martin and his lovely wife Lauren about three years ago when they came to services the boiler. Martin always lets you know when the service is due and keeps you informed of the day and time of the appointment. Just wanted to thank Lauren for visiting me and explaining everything we needed when our boiler died. Lauren explained all the products that we could add on and how those products all work and how it would benefit our new boiler.
I also want to say a massive thank you to Jamie who was our boiler installer he managed to fit our new boiler and Hive heating in a day and did a fantastic job, he cleared all the rubbish from our old boiler and left no mess anywhere.
I would highly recommend this family run local heating company if you need a new boiler or if you need your boiler repaired or serviced.

From start to finish, the service was spot on friendly, professional, and no messing around. They explained everything in plain English (no confusing jargon), worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Bonus points for being genuinely lovely people too!

My Elderley Mother had a leak on her Combi boiler Martin was amazing came out fixed the problem and kept in contact with me by phone letting me know the time he would be here and that there was traffic and would be very slightly late which is great customer service He is very reasonably priced 100% reccomend Happy heating to anyone

Martin provides an excellent service from start to finish: response for a quote for a boiler replacement, coming to review the work required, providing a quote, that being a cost effective quote. Where other quote providers were quoting for scaffolders, Martin was cost effective in that he hired a Cherry Picker to install the boiler flue. He and Lauren got the job done in 1 day. Covered the carpets, tidied up and leaving the room clean after they had finished installing the boiler. He registered the Vaillant boiler to activate the warranty and also at the Council too.
He and Lauren are really lovely and friendly people to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Woke up to no heating and no hot water. Texted Martin who said he would be with me by 10 am. He was as good as his word. He found the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly professional and made sure that everything clean and neat before he left - which I really appreciated. Efficient service and a competitive price. Prices are reasonable, they are super friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to give advice and explain to a client not in the know, and they always manage to fit you in. Would highly recommend. Martin from Happy Heat did an outstanding job fixing our electric boiler. He was clear and thorough in explaining every step, very polite, and genuinely friendly throughout. He came out on multiple visits, changed the main board, reconnected the wireless thermostat, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Martin even called the boiler manufacturer to doublecheck that all instructions were followed and the system was installed correctly. At the end, he repressurised the system and checked that both the heating and domestic hot water were working as they should. Highly recommend Martin and Happy Heat for any heating and gas work.

Martin and his team are fantastic.
I run a busy London NHS GP Practice and Martin is always quick to respond and help us. Over the last few years he has installed us a new boiler and pump at great rates and is always clean and respectful of our busy space with patients.
Only last week our pump broke and he was over within a few hours to help us get the heating on.

Martin and Lauren from Happy Heat provided an absolutely fantastic service. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with our underfloor heating quickly and came fully prepared with the right parts, making sure everything was completed in one visit. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard.

Happy heat fixed my boiler after a third party told me it was unrepairable. They literally attended to quote me for a new boiler however to my delight, they fixed my existing one saving me thousands of pounds!
