Ive used WPJ for four years in a row to service my boiler and theyve been excellent every time. Theyre reliable, punctual, professional and always leave everything spotless. Great customer service. Had a totally blocked sink and tried to find someone online. WPJ fitted my boiler last year so checked their website and they do general plumbing too. Called them and someone came round that day. Maybe I could have got it done cheaper somewhere else, but I trust them and feels like money well spent. Highly recommend them.

I recently had a new boiler installed- having got an extortionate quote from British Gas, I opted to try out WPJ. They installed the same unit for a much more competitive price. My engineer was exceptionally pleasant to deal with, highly professional and worked cleanly and promptly. I will be recommending WPJ to any friends or family who may need their services. It was a relief as a boiler installation is a massive investment and you need to trust the people/ company doing it and WPJ Heating exceeded expectations.

From the initial and highly professional onsite inspection by PJ to speaking with Indy in the office who was incredibly efficient and reliable in his communication (going through the process of choosing the right boiler / organising the schedule etc) I knew I was in safe hands. The engineers did a great job fitting a lot of new accessories (due to updated regulations) and turned up very promptly on the day - calling in advance. Im thrilled with my new boiler & heating system. There was a minor hiccup but it was rectified quickly and generously by the company. Competitively priced and trustworthy I really wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone - especially in the SW London area. Very glad I found them!

I couldn't recommend the WPJ team highly enough. Choosing a new boiler felt like a daunting process, but the team were on hand to answer my questions, were quick to respond and an engineer came round and took a detailed assessment before giving me a very fair quote. The engineers who fitted the boilers were friendly, helpful and completed the work to a very high standard. They arrived on time and ran me through how to use my new boiler, and answered all my questions. I have found WPJ an extremely professional service, and I will certainly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I cannot express how happy I am with WPJ Heating on performing a boiler installation. They are very professional, very responsive and their communication and planning was clear and concise. Any deviation to the plan was also communicated, explained and agreed.

Really good service from start to finish. The 3 different people/teams that came to the house (1 to service the old boiler / recommend improvements, 1 to quote on a new boiler, 2 gents for the installation)were really polite, friendly, answered questions, and left things tidy and clean. And the team in the office was also great, helping answer questions and getting things turned around super fast (new boiler installed and working within a day and a half of original call out). Great work, thanks all!
