Moe was really helpful and pleasant and did an excellent job for us. He located the leaking pipe quickly and took care of everything including the repair.

Mo was brilliant. I called him and he came out on the same day. He quickly assessed the likely source of the leak and confirmed its position with gas testing and thermal imaging. He then accessed the pipe and carried out a repair. Such a relief to get this sorted and with a much more surgical approach than my plumber who wanted to start removing the concrete floor. Call Mo - you wont regret it!

Successfully traced the leak within our screeded and tiled floor. Having found the point of the leak was fully transparent with their proposed works and charges to expose the damaged pipe work. Would not hesitate to use again.

We are very lucky to have found Moe! When we first contacted him on the phone, he guided us on how to help stop the leak while we waited for him to come. He is extremely knowledgeable about leak detection and plumbing systems! He has all of the tools needed to identify leaks. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was happening after an investigation and then he fixed the leak. Throughout and after the works, he cleaned up thoroughly. Moe arrived the day after I had called to make an appointment. He quickly found the location of the water leak, whilst explaining in detail what he was doing and why including the change in pressure readings, and associated damp readings in the walls close to the location of the leak which was further evidence.

Excellent service provided by Moe from start to finish. He was able to detect the leak with the state of the art equipment he had.

Helpful and Efficient

We had a leak very close to the floor in our kitchen in a very awkward place with water trapped beneath the lino and seeping out under the carpet into the hall. Mo, your engineer, made a thorough check of the water system in the house and discovered two other minor leaks that would eventually have to be addressed. He repaired the major leak in the kitchen and we were impressed by his efficiency together with his friendly and courteous manner. He explained the problems in simple terms that we could understand and advised us of any improvements that could be made. We were pleased to have a major problem solved before any further damage could be done.

Moe came out for us following a leak we appeared to have. Was here at the time he said he would be as well. He checked the property inside and out and has now identified where the leak is. Polite and courteous the whole time he was here, even offered to give mea hand with an unrelated washing machine issue i had. 100% would recommend.

We contacted Moe on the Friday evening and he was able to make it when we live 2 hours away on the Saturday morning. His survey was thorough and he was able to expose the damage and fix the leak all in the morning. He was very professional and would highly recommend him.

Mo was fantastic- super friendly guy first of all but also solved a mystery that we have struggled with for 4 months. We noticed our boiler kept losing pressure very slowly every two weeks or so after having our bathroom redone and a new radiator put in. Plumber that did the work and British Gas couldnt figure out the issue. Mo used thermal and moisture readings to find a small patch down in our lounge where the same pipes connected upstairs to the bathroom. Turns out when the property was originally built over ten years ago, a nail from the skirting had gone in to a pipe and recent work we had done had caused movement starting the leak very slowly. Mystery solved- thank you Mo! Total legend!
