Sam came round straight away to attend to my non-heating combi, which was unfortunately beyond repair.
I then mentioned that I would like the boiler replaced and moved upstairs which Sam said he would be happy to sort.
Arranged a date and even though his van broke down Sam still managed to fit us in before we went on holiday.
The job was done very quickly and to a high standard,, and Sam made good before leaving.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Becketts for any future plumbing jobs, thanks!
