Services
Condensing Boilers
Condensing boilers maximise energy efficiency by recovering heat from exhaust gases. Ideal for reducing fuel costs, these systems achieve over 90% efficiency. We install A-rated models with up to 10-year guarantees, ensuring reliable hot water and heating for homes.
Combination Boilers
Combi boilers provide instant hot water without needing a separate cylinder. Popular in UK homes, they save space and deliver high-pressure water directly from mains supply. We offer Worcester Bosch and Vaillant models with expert installation.
Landlords Certificates
Legally required for rental properties, our CP12 certificates confirm annual gas appliance checks. Our Gas Safe engineers inspect pipework and appliances, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing landlords with valid documentation.
Underfloor Heating
Water-based underfloor systems offer even heat distribution and space-saving design. We install systems compatible with new builds and renovations, integrating seamlessly with existing heating controls for enhanced comfort and efficiency.
LPG & Oil Boilers
For properties without mains gas, we supply and install LPG and oil-fired boilers. These efficient systems provide reliable heating and hot water, particularly suited to rural locations. We ensure proper venting and compliance with safety standards.
