Handsgas Ltd owner and lead engineer is Joe Hands who served a full British Gas engineering apprenticeship schooled at British Gas in house Technical Academy. Qualified to the highest quality in all aspects of gas work ranging from advanced Gas technical fault diagnosis to combustion analyser testing on all makes and models of boiler and also plumbing work.

Gasolutions
Your basic Gasolutions Ltd premium covers the service and repair of your central heating system to the level of your chosen plan.
We will provide advice at initial inspection on the plan most suited to your requirements however, you are within your rights to choose any plan you wish.
Inclusive of Service and Repair Plans, all emergencies as per emergency classifications (see below) are responded to in day Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm (Excluding Bank Holidays) at NO additional cost with exclusion of Basic Service and Repair Plan exceeding 3 call outs annually.
We will provide advice at initial inspection on the plan most suited to your requirements however, you are within your rights to choose any plan you wish.

Oil Boilers
Handsgas Ltd are fully accredited and qualified in all aspects of oil boiler and oil tank installation, maintenance, service and repair.
An oil boiler works in the same basic way as a gas boiler in that the boiler uses oil to create hot water.
This water is then pumped around the house to radiators that create warmth and heat up the house.
It also heats the hot water to the taps in the kitchen and bathroom.
The obvious difference between the two systems is that an oil boiler needs oil to function and this must be delivered to the home and stored in a tank until needed.

Unvented cylinders are mains pressure hot water storage systems that provide a highly efficient way of storing and distributing domestic hot waterat mains pressure throughoutyour home.
These cylinders are not open to the atmosphere, unlike open vented cylinders which are open to the atmosphere via the cylinder's vent pipe and the cylinder's cold feed pipe from the cold water storage cistern/tank.
These mains pressure cylinders provide quicker heat recovery than the low pressure open vented cylinder, i.e, it takes less time to heat up.
